All the orders will be processed after pre-order time is over on October 10th, no exception.
After the items leave our country (we ship from Italy), it can take up to 2 months for you to receive the parcel, depending on where you are from.
The estimated shipping time start from when the buyer receives the tracking number and not when the order is placed.
☆ GENERAL POLICIES ☆
- All the orders that do NOT include the Artbook will be prepared and shipped after October 10th.
- All the orders including the Artbook will need to wait until the book is produced before being shipped, so please be aware it will take a longer time.
- If your delivery fails and the parcel gets returned to sender, we can attempt another time only after we receive it back, but you’ll need to cover the second shipping fee.
- If a parcel get a misdelivery or you didn't receive a delivery notification, please contact your local post office because we have no power over this.
- When the parcel leaves our country we are no longer responsible for complications or loss, so please refer to your local post service for help.
☆ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE ☆
- As you will notice in your order summary, we had to create two shipping profiles because different items have different weights and we cannot send anything other than printed documents through the regular mail to the USA. So we had to come up with this solution.
However, since we decided to lower the shipping prices, those of you who already paid more will be contacted privately for a refund.
You will still receive your items in the same packaging! This system is just to solve the customs problem.

☆ IF YOU BUY FROM THE U.S. READ HERE ☆
Considering the most recent development with the U.S. regulations regarding international shipping, we found ourselves unable to use the regular mail to deliver to the U.S. until further notice. However, since many of you asked and we absolutely want to do anything we can to make our products accessible to everyone, we managed to find a compromise.
We will use DHL courier to ship to the U.S., and even if we reckon is a higher shipping fee than we'd hoped for, it's one of the few ways to still ship over there.
We suggest you to organise Group Orders in order to cut some of the shipping/custom fees, we hope that this situation can improve after October 14th. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
